DIET IN PROGRESS
ASSALAMUALAIKUM Hye guys! Just only left 42 days only!! OMG! Cepat sangat masa berlalu. Hihihi. Keep counting days nadya! I'm starting to cuak. Hahaha. Dah dekat-dekat nak kawen ni la baru pulun diet. Kekeke. Lawal gils. Takpe2. Banyak masa lagi (padahal tinggal 42 hari je lagi. Huhuhu). My DIET menu:- Morning - Blend 2 biji buah apple together with oats, kurma and kismis. Drink 2litre of waters. Lunch - Eat 2 keping roti je. Yang jenis wheat punya. Drink 4 litre of waters. Dinner - Oh saya tak makan malam! If lapar sangat, I will blend again about pukul 7 malam camtu. And minum another 2 litre of waters. If ada masa petang tu pas balik kerja, saya akan panjat bukit with my parents. If I been very busy, just naek bukit mase weekends je. Tiap pagi sabtu and ahad. Ok ada masa blogging lagi.
